Huawei Matebook X is a 13-inch notebook having an aluminum clamshell design
Huawei is heading towards expanding its laptop segments globally. The Company unveiled its first laptop ever the Huawei Matebook X running Windows 10. It’s the first 13-inch flagship laptop with an Intel the 7th Generation Intel Core i7 i-series, the U-type processor with fanless design, delivers performance for both work and entertainment.
The Huawei Matebook X looks very similar to the 12-inch MacBook Pro but with the Huawei logo on. It’s cover it has a sleek aluminum chassis that will be available in Prestige Gold, Rose Gold, Space gray. It’s 12.5 mm thick and weighs a little over 1.05 kg that arced sidelines trimmed with CNC diamond finishing technique make it beautiful to behold, touch and carry.
Its 2K resolution screen is beautifully sharp and vibrant with super narrow 4.4 mm Bezels (Bezel width is the distance between the edge of the screen display area and the outside border of the casing. It does not include the width of the inactive black space). It also has a 3/2 screen ratio that’s more conducive to office work. It’s Corning Gorilla Glass screen stays clear and scratch-free even for active lifestyles.
The laptop is the first to feature Dolby Atmos Sound System which features integrated software and hardware solution for superior sound quality whereas your average laptop would sound tinny at max volume. The Huawei laptop power button doubled as a fingerprint sensor similar to some Huawei phones. It also has a full-sized Chiclet keyboard and two USB C port fast charging and transferring data. If those aren’t enough ports for you while way packages the laptop with a multi-port adapter.
A storage option of 256GB/512GB SSD, it will have either 4GB/8GB RAM. The power button is also designed to function as a Windows Hello-compatible fingerprint reader.
