The smartphone was unveiled on December 4 however, the sale for Oppo R17 Pro started from today i.e December 7.

Design And Display

The latest smartphone features a 6.4-inch full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and a waterdrop notch which enables you to enjoy watching movies and playing games on the bigger screen. The notch on the device looks better than the traditional notch style on other smartphones.
Corning Gorilla Glass 6 will protect the smartphone from scratches and smudges.

When it comes to designing of Oppo’s smartphone, sturdy build quality which makes it easy to hold. Misted glass casing is used at the back, also called ‘3G fog glass’ by the Company. Some of you may find it a little flashy whereas, some might find it unique; depending upon your preferences.

Camera Features

Following the triple camera trend, Oppo R17 Pro has the same. It is one of the flagship features of the phone. The 12-MP camera has dual aperture feature (f/1.5 and f/2.4) will help to balance in lighting and avoid under or over-exposure. The front camera has a 20MP with a f/2.6 aperture which will satisfy the photography experience.

Battery Life

The device is backed by 3,650mAh battery, which could be better. But thanks to Super VOOC fast charging technology which helps the device to charge up to 50% in 12 minutes approx.

People who are not used to Bluetooth earphones may find a problem as the phone comes without 3.5m headset jack.

Oppo R17 Pro Price

Oppo R17 Pro has been priced at Rs. 45,990 which is quite high as compared to other smartphones offering similar features. The price would be acceptable if there were some flagship features such as water-proofing, stereo speakers, and wireless charging.
