Sony Launched Noise Cancelling Headphones in India at the starting price tag of Rs 14,990
Sony Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones: Sony India on Friday launched four new wireless headphones to expand its portfolio in the Indian market. The WH-1000XM2, WH-H900N, WF-1000X and WI-1000X have been priced at Rs 29,990, Rs 18,990, Rs 14,990 and Rs 21,990, respectively and highlight a premium design, refined sound and some notable features like noise cancellation and atmospheric pressure optimising, among others.
To recall, three of these wireless headphones were launched at IFA 2017, with the WF-1000X being Sony’s rival to Apple’s AirPods. The latter two headphones are already available in India, while the first two will go on sale from December 14.
WH-1000XM2, WF-1000X, and WI-1000X come with Sony technology known as Sense Engine which will offer ‘adaptive sound control’ to deliver a personalised experience for every type of audio, including music and ambient noise, based on the surroundings.
Taking about battery life, the Sony WH-1000XM2 have been believed to last 40 hours with 30 hours or a sound cable. The Quick Charge function pumps in 70 minutes of battery life of charging in 10 minutes.
The Sony WF-1000X includes a charging case – just like the AirPods – for up to nine hours of usage.
The Sony WH-H900N and WH-1000XM2 include a Quick Care Mode that delivers a way to control listening experience. The latter headphones bring feature an style.
Sony also unveiled a companion program called Headphones Connect App that additionally uses the accelerometer to detect user action, and detects the environment the user is using the headset, to fine-tune the listening experience for your consumer. The cans will retail in the country at all Sony Centers and electronics shops.
