Samsung Galaxy S9 will launch on 25th Feb in MVC 2018
Samsung Galaxy S9: Earlier this month, Samsung’s Mobile Business President DJ Koh verified that the brand could launch its S9 flagship duo in MWC 2018. Shortly afterward, a tweet by noteworthy gadget tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks) disclosed that the brand might release these apparatus on February 26th and begin sending them in March 16th. The trick was fairly spot on since Samsung has sent out media invitations, marking February 25th since the launch date to its S9 and S9+.
According to the invitation picture, Samsung will be hosting an Unpacked occasion on Sunday evening, a day until MWC is scheduled to kick off. The picture shows a daring purple ‘9’ using all the text, “The Camera Reimagined”. This hints at the fact that this year’s flagship in the Korean giant will probably be bringing significant updates to camera functionality.
We know from past escapes the Galaxy S9 will comprise one camera module with changeable aperture and the Galaxy S9+ is expected to come with a double camera module as seen in the Galaxy Note8. The cameras are also anticipated to showcase features such as SuperSpeed Dual Pixel detectors, OIS, and superb slow-mo video recording.
In terms of the core specs of these apparatus, the Galaxy S9 will reportedly ship using a 5.8-inch Super AMOLED screen with an 18:9 aspect ratio and QHD+ resolution. For functionality, it is going to find the Snapdragon 845 from the US version, and also the Exynos 9810 SoC worldwide. The chip is going to be supported by 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It’s supposed to have thinner bezels around the screen in contrast to previous year’s Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+(inspection).
