Huawei Honor 9 : The world’s third-largest seller of smartphones
Huawei, the world’s third-largest phone-maker, gives its Honor brand a refresh with the Honor 9. Honor has announced to launch their next smartphone in China and its called Honor 9. The Honor 9 comes in three variants, first comes with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage at Rs.21,999 (approx), next one with 6 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage at Rs. 25,999 (approx), while the last one has 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage at Rs. 28,999 (approx). The sale of this smartphone will go on 16th of June and will be available via Vmall, JD.com, Tmall.com, and other websites.The smartphone comes in four different colors- Blue, Amber Gold, Gray and Black colors.
The main features of this smartphone is dual camera : a 12 MP color sensor and a 20 MP monochrome rear camera with 2x optical zoom, Laser autofocus, f/2.2 aperture, phase detection autofocus (PDAF), and dual-LED flash. There’s also an 8MP selfie camera on the front and there are a variety of shooting modes, such as panorama, HDR and light painting.
The new Honor has a similar design to the Honor 8, with a metal frame and a glass back (that back is reflective, but not like a mirror, instead it diffracts light at various angles to eye-catching effect). The main design difference from the Honor 8 is the fingerprint scanner, which has been moved to the front.
The smartphone comes with 5.15 inch FHD (1920 x 1080 pixels) with 2.5D curved glass display and its pixel density is 428 pixels per inch. The 2.45GHz octa-core Kirin 960 processor (Honor’s own processor), and has the backing of Mali G71 MP8 GPU. It runs on Android 7.0 nougat OS and is powered by a 3200 mAh non-removable battery, comes with a USB Type-C port.

Huawei has grown to become the world’s third-largest seller of smartphones behind Apple and Samsung, according to analyst firm IDC, but it has yet to make significant progress in the US.
